Our Team
Partner, Consultant
Patrick is a strategy and execution consultant with a passion for building teams and capabilities in uncharted territory. He has extensive experience in leading mission-critical ventures for his clients and empowering teams through clarity and practicality.
Patrick has built and developed teams to tackle complex strategic initiatives across a wide array of industries, including: Media & Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Technology & Telecommunications, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Retail, Aerospace & Defense, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Before founding Blakely Partners, Patrick led key client portfolios at a NYC start-up strategy firm and an employee-owned strategy execution firm. He played a key role in launching the New York office as well as the Private Equity consulting practice. He is also an alumnus of the Business Career Foundation Program, a long-standing leadership incubator for The Boeing Company. Patrick holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington.
Although primarily from the Northeast and the Pacific Northwest, Patrick has lived or worked in most corners of the country. He can’t help but to take away many life influences from each region.
Patrick Blakely

Gabby is a strategy and execution consultant with robust experience in planning and implementing complex initiatives across a diverse range of industries, including: Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology & Telecommunications, and Energy.
She began her consulting career at an employee-owned strategy execution firm and quickly proved to be an emerging leader in new markets. During her tenure, Gabby managed a wide range of projects spanning enterprise risk management, legal & compliance, product development, technology implementation and more. She is especially excited by sustainability initiatives and drove the firm to take its first steps towards ESG programs. Prior to Blakely Partners, Gabby cultivated her own food tech startup by driving new partnerships with local restaurants, caterers, manufacturers, and property management firms.
Gabby attended the University of Washington where she studied tissue engineering & biomaterials and graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry. In her free time, she loves living an active lifestyle with her dog, listening to podcasts, and exploring artistic outlets.
Gabby Benuska
Consultant
Rachel is a strategy consultant who loves problem-solving and interacting with all kinds of people. She has a diverse background in project management, sales, and design with experience driving strategic initiatives in various industries including Media & Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Technology & Telecommunications, Retail, Advanced Manufacturing, and Financial Services. She also has the unique experience of working with and building start-ups, as well as developing social impact efforts, such as BLM and ESG initiatives, in Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining the Blakely Partners network, Rachel worked as a branding strategist for a New York-based global brand consultancy. Prior to this role, she played an integral role supporting a NYC start-up strategy firm, doubling the growth of the firm through the time of her employment there. Although primarily from the New York City area, Rachel has lived and worked in major cities across the globe.
Rachel holds a B.B.A. in International Business and B.A. in Economics from George Washington University and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Urban Planning at Columbia University. She is also an alumnus of the Forte Foundation, an alliance of women that links women to career opportunities and inspires leadership. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, exploring restaurants, and traveling.
Rachel Peng
Operations Specialist
Ana is an operations specialist, with keen curiosity for creating and monitoring existing internal systems that best assist the rest of the team in their day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining the Blakely Partners network, Ana dedicated the majority of her career to working with underrepresented communities to tackle the diversity gap in colleges and universities. Her passion for giving back to her community led her to working in several high schools in Hawaii and the Seattle area, assisting over 250 high school students in getting into their top universities. Ultimately ending up in higher education, she guided adult learners through enrollment for the nursing program at Capella University. Her diverse background contributes to her strengths as an operations specialist and creating systems that best supports other's needs.
Ana is proudly a first-generation college graduate from The University of Washington with a B.A. in Education with a minor in Diversity. In her free time, she enjoys indoor bouldering, product photography and taking long walks with her two dogs.
Ana Jasso Sanchez
Consultant
Elizabeth is a strategy consultant with expertise in product management and human centered design. She has worked with a range of clients, primarily in healthcare and life sciences.
Elizabeth’s career has always been centered around consulting. She started her career in healthcare technology, implementing large EHRs across global healthcare systems. Her career shifted when she joined a dedicated Healthcare and Life Sciences consulting team in Seattle, Washington. Here she worked as a product manager with clients across big pharma, community health centers, large insurance agencies, and global non-profits. She taught courses on Human Centered Design and Change Management, while leading their Global Healthcare Community. With a love for people and creating incredible experiences, she continues to call consulting her career’s home.
Elizabeth attended the University of Washington where she studied business, marketing, public speaking, and communications. When she is not working, she is cooking a crazy recipe, walking around any large body of water, lifting weights, or reading a NYT best seller on her couch.
Elizabeth Woolf
Consultant
Linda is a strategy execution and change management consultant who leads with a human-centered perspective. She is passionate about helping clients create effective workspaces and transform their business through technology and people strategies.
Prior to joining the Blakely Partners network, Linda worked at an employee-owned strategy execution consulting firm where she developed her skills in project management and change management across industries including Energy, Consumer & Retail, and Healthcare. Her notable projects include managing the rollout of a key feature on an eCommerce platform for a Fortune 500 automotive retail company, leading change management for the launch of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to 1000 employees and documenting key operational processes for a Fortune 500 Consumer Packaged Goods client.
Linda received her B.S. in Learning and Organizational Change with a double major in Economics from Northwestern University. She is also a Prosci-Certified Change Practitioner and LUMA Institute Human-Centered Design Certified Practitioner. In her spare time, Linda enjoys running, cycling, indoor rock climbing and catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.
Linda Yu
Advisor
William is an experienced program manager and trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders. He has led change and growth initiatives for over 25 years in various industries – creating value with Fortune 100 enterprises, small and mid-sized companies, and PE-backed portfolio companies.
As an entrepreneur, William is passionate about using technology to operate companies more effectively and supporting teams to connect small and mid-size businesses with advisors. He specializes in connecting clients with external partners to achieve sustainable growth without all the complication of traditional consultancies.
Outside of work, William enjoys hiking, home renovations, and any chance to get near water.

We provide free coaching and advisory sessions for first and second-generation family-owned businesses with up to $5M in annual revenue. We are incredibly proud of these success stories and have fostered a valuable network that benefits both our small business partners and clients!
We also have a passion for personal finance education in underserved communities. Blakey Partners currently supports the board of Cents Ability, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering high school students to achieve their goals through the prudent and informed management of their financial resources.
